The hotel had a beautiful, elegant decor which made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious mansion. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy the hotel's facilities. As a senior woman, it was important for me to feel safe and comfortable, and the accessibility of the hotel was exceptional. I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs or navigating through narrow hallways. Everything was designed with seniors in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any difficulties.

I would have appreciated a designated quiet area for senior guests, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's common areas. Sometimes, the noise and energy from the young staff members can be a little overwhelming for us older folks.

All the staff was exceptional, settled my issues. Liked a safe box, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. It opened onto garden.

The location was perfect, with a park right next to it and all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. The rooms were tastefully appointed and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. We were also impressed by the beautifully renovated historic building and the overall hospitality of the hotel.

The hotel staff, led by outstanding management, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay really special. The location is great, with a short 15-minute walk to the Registan square and other main sightseeing attractions. The hotel is also very clean and cozy, and the food was amazing. it was a peaceful, safe, and convenient place to stay.
